Lisa A. Cordasco - President

Lisa has extensive experience in the field of emergency fire and water damage restoration. She has both on site and behind the scenes experience. Unlike most business owners who rarely meet their customers, Lisa spends time listening to the needs of home and business owners. Lisa regularly visits agents and reaches out to adjusters to help close files and genuinely understands the devastation caused by a disaster. Lisa is a devoted single mother to her son with special needs. Lisa’s son is the inspiration for the commitment to offer safer GREEN restoration services at affordable prices. Many individuals with special needs are bothered by odors and fragrances, and Lisa is determined to leave each and every site that the company restores free of chemicals which kill more than germs.

Over the course of her years at The New CRE, she has juggled the demands of raising her child and maintaining her duties. She earned a BA from Iona College and a Masters Degree from Manhattanville College. She is a former member of the Westchester Insurance Professionals (WIP) and the past President of the Ladies Golf Association at Wykagyl Country Club. Lisa is an accomplished golfer competing in and winning several tournaments before the birth of her son.

Rosemary Cordasco - Chief Financial Officer

Rosemary founded The New CRE with Lisa in 2008. She has worked in the restoration industry for 10 years focusing on the financial aspects of the business. Rosemary is certified in water damage restoration and assists the project managers on the jobsites. Rosemary is a Certified Public Accountant who previously worked for Philip Morris, NYNEX and KPMG. Rosemary is passionate about supporting charities that benefit women and children in our local community. She has twin girls and lives in Westchester County.

Anthony Villani - Director of Operations

Anthony was appointed a partnership in the New CRE in 2011 and was promoted to Director of Operations. Anthony is responsible for managing all phases of restoration services relating to all types of property losses. He is certified in Applied Structural Drying, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, EPA Lead Renovation, and Subrogation Restoration. Anthony graduated from college in 1992 with a degree in Applied Science. Anthony’s hobbies include skiing, snowmobile riding, cars and motorcycles, camping, fishing, hunting, and cooking.

Lamelle Williams - Project Manager

Lamelle was hired shortly after Hurricane Irene pounded the NY area. He has experience in the field of construction. At The New CRE, Lamelle will focus on project management. He will provide property owners with outstanding customer service managing losses and coordinating all restoration services at residential and commercial sites. Lamelle graduated from Berkley College in 2004 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree.

Pasquale Sestito - Account/Project Manager

Pasquale was born in New York but raised in Italy. He has studied both domestically and abroad. He earned his BFA at the Art Academy of Cincinnati, and in Italy he obtained a masters degree in Graphic Design at the Florence Design Academy. His career with The New CRE began in 2010 as a cleaning technician. It was evident early on in his tenure with the company that along with his skilled craftsmanship he possessed the genuine gift of understanding what customer’s expected and exceeded those expectations by delivering outstanding service. He was recently promoted to account/project manager and has attended professional restoration classes. Pasquale’s hobbies are bowling, hiking, skiing, camping, cooking, and water rafting.

Nancy Cordasco-Walsh - Marketing Representative

Nancy leads marketing efforts in Lower Westchester and the Bronx. She is also a Member of WIP-Westchester Insurance Professionals. Her extensive experience also enables her to assist office personnel with various tasks crucial to the success of daily office operations. Nancy holds a BS in Marketing from Iona College.
