Mr. Cordasco is the past President of the Honorable
Order Blue Goose (Westchester Pond). Membership
to Insurance Associations include: the Independent
Insurance Agents of Westchester County (IIAWC),
the Counsel of Insurance Brokers of New York (CIBNY)
and the Honorable Order Blue Goose of New York
and Westchester Ponds. As of January 1, 2005,
Lou Sr. has announced his semi-retirement.

Mr. Cordasco received his B.A. in 1985. He is
certified in New York State with a supervisor’s
license for Asbetos-Hazmat materials and is also
certified in mold remediation. He is a member
of the Independent Insurance Agents of Westchester
County (IIAWC) and the Honorable Order Blue Goose
(NYC Pond). Mr. Cordasco is an accomplished golfer.

| Anthony Villani |
| Project
Manager and Estimator (since 2000) |
Mr. Villani is
responsible for managing all phases of restoration
services relating to all types of property losses.
He is also certified in mold remediaiton. Anthony
graduated from college in 1992 with a degree in
Applied Science. Mr. Villani's hobbies include
cars and traveling. Anthony is also interested
in nutrition and works for Weight Watchers on
a free lance basis in the evenings. |

| Bruce Desmond |

Representative/Project Manager (since 2005) |
Mr. Desmond has
a versatile insurance restoration and construction
background. Bruce also has extensive experience
in water damage and drying remediation. Mr. Desmond
has expertise in managing small and large commercial
and residential projects including hospitals,
schools, museums, shopping centers, malls, houses
of worship and country clubs. Bruce also has experience
with catastrophic losses, for example, the 2004
hurricanes in Florida, the 2004 Philadelphia flood
and the WTC disaster. He worked as an adjuster
for Tokio Marine, Pilot Adjusters and Metropolitan
P&C. |

Ms. Kane’s
territory includes Putnam, Dutchess, and Northern
Westchester Counties. Previously, Ms. Kane held
positions at the AIG (1989-1995), Commercial Union
(1988-1989) and the Hartford Insurance Company
(1982-1988). Ms. Kane has worked as a multi-line
claims adjuster, senior claims representative
and a senior claims examiner. She is currently
an officer of the Honorable Order Blue Goose (Westchester
Pond) serving as Secretary. |

| Lisa A. Cordasco |

Marketing Coordinator (since 1996) |
Ms. Cordasco is
the Regional Marketing Coordinator. She holds
a BA from Iona College and a Masters Degree from
Manhattanville College. Ms. Cordasco is a devoted
single mother to her son who has special needs.
Over the course of her years at CRE, she has juggled
the demands of raising her child and maintaining
her duties. She is a former member of the Westchester
Insurance Professionals (WIP) and the past President
of the Ladies Golf Association at Wykagyl Country
Club. Ms. Cordasco was an accomplished golfer
competing and winning several tournaments before
the birth of her son. Her greatest joy is helping
her son grow and develop. |

Ms. Cordasco is
responsible for the accounting functions, coordinating
accounts receivable and other office functions
such as computers, promotional items and coordinating
monthly staff meetings. |

Ms. DiTomasso is
primarily responsible for the intake data of the
loss, coordination of crew assignments and estimate
preparation. |

Mr. Paredes has extensive
experience in interior and exterior cleaning services.
He has also completed training and has experience
with asbestos-hazmat materials.
